The Curriculum
The Aaruka® certification takes you deep into all four pillars simultaneously. This is not surface-level training. This is mastery.

The architecture of complete healing. Why single-modality approaches fall short, and how working across all four pillars simultaneously creates results no single layer alone can achieve. You will understand why your clients have tried everything and still feel stuck.

Working directly with the polyvagal nervous system. Dorsal vagal shutdown, sympathetic activation, ventral vagal regulation. The neural architecture of survival that still runs as a live programme long after the threat has passed. Sensations. Freeze states. Incomplete survival responses. We access and release what is held in the body through somatic movement, sound and breath - meeting the nervous system in its own language.

Reaching below conscious awareness to access and rewrite the beliefs, patterns and identity structures that govern behaviour. You can know something intellectually and still not live it. This module reaches where knowing alone cannot.

Traumatic memories are not just stored as stories that need to be verbally processed - they are also stored as physical, present-tense experiences, as immediate life threats still happening in the body. We work with both. The narrative and the somatic imprint. Addressing only one layer is why so many people understand their trauma but still can't move past it. Working across both allows us to fully process the memory at the source. We only ever have to process each memory once.

Pineal gland activation. Quantum field coherence. The bioelectric and biophotonic intelligence of the energetic body. The dimension most practitioners are never trained to access, and the layer that organises everything physical. You cannot fully heal what you cannot touch.

Real clients, real sessions, real results. This module builds genuine confidence, not just knowledge. You will work with case studies drawn from thousands of real client sessions, learning to hold the depth of what you have been taught inside a real healing room.

Begin the Certification
Five months of deep, structured learning. You begin with six live group sessions with Jessica on 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 September, and 6 October (10:30am–1:30pm AEST), then move into 80+ self-paced units alongside a monthly live community session, ongoing.

Become a Certified Aaruka® Practitioner
Graduate with a globally accredited certification, lifetime access to all content, ongoing monthly community sessions, and the ability to work across all four pillars with your clients from day one.
